Returns
We accept returns on all unused and unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@reglowskincare.co to obtain a return authorization. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt with your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at service@reglowskincare.co with details of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, simply follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
